I've spent hours trying to get a draw wire down the back pillar to draw the video cable through. How did you do it. It always seems to go up or down far enough but doesn't appear at either end.

I have a Santa Fe CM 2012 and I want to replace the radio with a 2 DIN radio/navigation system. I haven't removed the old system yet and would like to know what the sockets on the back of the current radio look like so that I can purchase the correct ISO harness if required. The only photo I can find on the internet shows what looks like two ISO socket and another multi-pin socket above them. Can some one who has taken their original radio out of one of these send me a photo of the sockets on the rear or confirm that two of the sockets are in fact ISO sockets and I don't need a harness to adapt the wiring?

|hcc||I have a 2008 Santa Fe. My one and only problem with my car is that it does not have bluetooth or an aux port. I've tried many FM transmitters and even installed an iSimple - Universal Radio Audio Integration Kit a few years ago. I always listen to music and I hate making CDs every time I have new music I want to listen to. So far, all the FM transmitters have decreased in quality after one year of use and the isimple kit stopped picking up a signal after 1.5 years. I love my sound system (it's better than my sister's 2012 Tucson) and I like the look of my headpiece but I desperately want to add this function to my car. If I buy a new unit where would I be able to get it installed? And what's a good unit to look at?|

|phvarious||Thanks. I had a jvc in my last vehicle. It worked great as well. I just need to find a unit that will look nice and perform well. I'll probably end up installing it myself. It's not so easy finding people who will do things correctly. I made the mistake of having best buy install my last radio and they cocked it up something fierce.|

|someguy||You must remember the 2010 audio system is at least 6 years old and likely designed 8-9 years ago. Many manufacturers did not even include Bluetooth as a standard options then so Hyundai was ahead of the game. We have a JVC head unit in our Nissan that works well and sounds great. There are many others available too.|

|phvarious||Huh. That's kinda bootsy isn't it? Guess I'll have to find another system. Anyone recommend anything. I like the looks of the oem unit. Plus I like her voice. Reminds me of the computers voice on star trek lol.|
