Hallo ! I'm Italian and I live in Rome. A pair of weeks ago I bought an i40 1.7 CRDI STYLE 100 KW and immediately I had to face a problem related to the BT telephone system. According to the user manual, I tried to give the vocal order "call name", but the system didn't recognize this order. In fact, presently I have to say "notebook", then "next page" and again "next page" until I see the name in the page where the name is. I haven't other chanses ! Of course I contacted the Hyundai maintenance (workshop ONLYHYU, L.go Luchino Visconti, 6-12, Rome), but the technician told me that it is "normal". I asked him more info, because any other car with BT telephone allows to say "call name" and in fact also the user manual of my i40 clearly explains that it's possible. I kindly ask to the commuity to help me in order to solve this problem. This is the first time I have a Hyundai car and I wouldn't have any regret for having buy it ! Thank you in advance.
