I have this car for about a month and the only thing wrong with it is when I go to listen to channels 2, 3, and 4 on xm there is just dead air. I have been on the phone with xm customer service consently for the past 3 weeks and nothing. today I had 2 customer service reps tell me I need to go to the dealer. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if it was something I could solve without going 2 hrs to the dealer.
I cant say Ive heard of this problem before. I suppose they could replace the radio if those channels aren't working. Maybe the issue is with the tuner? Did XM ever do a signal reset? If not you cna do it yourself https://care.siriusxm.com/retailrefresh_view.action
Hmmmm that's weird?! Well I don't what to say. All I can say is that everyone that has XM are probably overpaying! Best deal right now is 5 months for $25. Half of what they advertise! If you are currently paying for XM call right now and get transferred to this deal! They will credit you the difference.
Since you're on the trial, you may just not get those stations. Those stations aren't that good anyway, 25 and 26 are the best!
