HI guys, i finally found a tux kit that won't cost me over a grand, I'm sure most of you know the colour of my car (red, I've attached pics) i just want to make sure I've got the right serial numbers for the kit, don't wanna accidentally order the wrong kit or colour, the reason I'm asking is because 1 site has the pictures and 1 doesn't but the one that doesn't (partshyundai) is a tad cheaper
3XF30-AB100-S2R (front assembly)
3XF30-AB200-S2R (rear assembly)
3XF30-AB300-S2R (side skirts)

BTW I have a 2012 GLS if that makes any difference

For all I know, the TUIX kit for 2011-2013 are all the same. As long as you have the correct color code for your Elantra, it will be fine. Also factor in the cost of shipping. In my case, partshyundai has cheaper parts, but with shipping added on, other sites were in fact cheaper.

You really need to do something about that raggity front license plate holder.... Its really bad :)

seriously though. You're about to drop 800ish or more on a body kit and not 10 on a frame? Whats going on over there? Do you have a fever?

If you open your driver door and look at the label in there, it will list your color code on it for the paint. When you order the kit make sure it has the same code

If you have a garage at the house, you can do it there. WITH dad and grandpa for guidance. Tire changing doesn't exactly quality anyone as mechanically inclined. But, maybe it does. That's how I started! Very long time ago! And I do mean "VERY!"

That's a lot of mods! Probably take you most of the summer considering the size of your "wish list." I'll bet you a shiny new nickel you can't wait that long. Once they start arriving, well...let us know how that plan works out for you.

HSD coilover (possibly megan racing)

And another Ontario Elantra...If you need help with a body kit install...I know a guy who's done his own (i.e. ME). If you need help, I'll be happy to show you how. Also I've read your mod list...pretty impressive. Coils though...If you're going to go coils, go HSD for quality as they are one of the best, or even K-Sports (which is what I'm going to do) as they provide the same quality but at a cheaper price. Just passing along some words of wisdom from what I was told.

I'm trying to wrap my head around the need to change plugs on a 2014 model. Already have Iridium plugs installed that the engine was spec'd for by the engineers...that's $50 you can save for something cosmetic.

You can spend a fortune on engine mods, if you can even find any. Small market demand. You bought a designed economy car. And even SEMA knows this. In the end, you'll still have an economy car with bolted-on engine candy. Unless you're adding NOS so you can see its disintegrating in the rearview mirror. Which could look pretty cool thru a Go-Pro mounted on the rear. I would buy a ticket to see that movie. :lurk:

@Roadster19: Okay, I'll give you that one. Let's hope they don't come out with a better, more-enhanced version in a couple of years. I'm not jacking with mine until the 100,000 mile recommended change. (Hopefully!)
