I think Gator nailed it.....but your battery could be weak too.
While it's possible, I doubt that simply activating the brake lights should make a significant change in the engine load.
Since it probably is still under warranty, I think you should demonstrate the behavior to the dealers service department when it is convenient for you to do that and see what they say.
So I tried some trial and error in my driveway. I put my car into Drive, then put on my Emergency Brakes. The moment I took my foot off the brakes, the RPM went up slightly and the vibration completely went away. Then I pressed the brakes and voila! The RPM dropped and the vibration came back. Also, putting the windows up and down seem to affect it too.
