Cleaning seats...

I know our seats (not the leather ones) tend to get dirty easily. I just noticed a stain ( looks like water was just dropped on the seat, so the grey is just darker) on one of my seats, not exactly sure what it is and I was wondering if anybody found a way/product to clean them up.

P.S. I don't know what I was thinking but the title should have read "Cleaning" and not "Kleening"!

Thanks.

Just as an FYI: If you typo in the title or just want to change it and catch it quick enough you can hit the Edit button then click the Go Advanced button in Edit mode and that should let you edit the title of the thread/post.

I have a spot like that on my rear seat (was like that when I bought it, but the lighting masked it). When I took it in for a professional exterior detail, I asked them to shampoo clean the back seats. But the stain is still there. Next year I'm going to have them go in with an enzyme cleaner to try to remove it. By then I hope to have the rear seat car covers (because honestly the fronts look so much better).

Take care to get what you like, or you'll be forced to like what you get.

Good to know that the seats don't take well to water.

Better go get some seat covers.

Anyone got a recommendation for some good quality seat covers, taking into consideration the airbags on the side of the seat?

I like the front set that I got from sheer comfort. They look better than the stock seat cloth. They have a flap on the sides for the air bag.

I went with the Super Mesh. Initially I wanted the Cordura. But they called me to let me know that that material was very rough. They wanted to make sure I was aware of that before they started to make them. So I went with the mesh, black with grey insert stripe. They're very tight fitting, which is good as they conform to the shape of the seat.

I paid $215 (free shipping) for the front's only. BUT right now I see they have them on sale for $169 (and free shipping). If I had the spare money ( just recently purchased my passport and a sewing machine with some accessories), I'd order the rear seats.
