I'm looking at getting a set of Motegi MR116 18x8 wheels and I'm new to aftermarket wheels. Will these fit on my 2012 Elantra?

Specs:
Wheel: 18" x 8"
Bolt: 5x114.30/5x120.00
Offset +45
Backspacing: 6.27
Bore: 74.1

Tires:
Haven't decided on brand, but 225/40R18

YOURS
Wheel: 18" x 8"
Bolt: 5x114.30/5x120.00
Offset +45
Backspacing: 6.27
Bore: 74.1
Mine:
Wheel Size: 17x6.5 Front & Rear
Offset: 46mm OEM
Hub bore: 67.1mm
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 / M12 X 1.5 Thread

You may need to get some spacers for the fenter bore to keep the wheels centered on the hub.

We'll let the "wheel pro's" chime in with their two-cents worth.

- Rim is 6 mm closer to suspension/brakes components. Acceptable for most cars
- Tire will stick out 12 mm farther. Rim will stick out 20 mm farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset
- Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 6 mm. Acceptable for most cars

I would assume yes but I can never determine how close you can go to the "suspension components" on our cars. I would think if you aren't lowered you should be fine. Just remember to grab some hub rings to adapt to our 67.1mm hub. 74.1mm -> 67.1mm

Took my the wheel to a tire shop and verified that it'll fit and mount up fine. I asked about having a new TPMS set up with the wheel. Ultimately, what I'd like to do is have 5 of the same wheel/tire combo and just do a 5 tire rotation to extend tread life as much as possible. The guy behind the counter didn't think you could program 5 sensors to work. Anybody have any idea? If not, guess I'll just roll with 4 and throw my best current tire in the trunk for a spare.
