We have not had any concerns for front wheel bearing replacement.
Wheel bearing will produce a steady roar sound, increase with speed.. tires do same thing, but different tone,, so you need to be able to distinguish the difference.. rotate of tires will move sound with tire, bearing will stay in place.
Bearing noise usually change or quit when load angle changed (moderate "S" turns across lanes where you can do it safely for testing)... tires stay pretty constant
Have seen 1 a few month back, it was loose, they hit something, wheel was bent too.. that not a warranty concern.
Axle bearing at front is a simple 2 row ball bearing, nice impact will cause the balls to peen the races, and now we have the balls roling across a wash board effect (gross comparison),, hence the roar noise.
