Engine sobs after filling gasoline

Hi at all,
as i wrote in the past, my engine have randomic loss of power and now related sobs. Recently i discovered that all is related to filling gasoline. In the past i supposed was a problem related to the fuel delivery but now i noticed that happens every time i filling gasoline. The sobs are very strong and appear at around 3000rpm. The engine seems to want shut down and have a strong loss of power. Usually the sobs disappear after 60-70 km of run.
I know that these cars have often problem with the fuel vapor purge valve, but i want to know how to check it because i suppose that in my car is good. I removed it and checked if without current was open but it is firmly closed. I tried to blow and suck very strong from both directions and not pass anything. Is the right way to check it or i must check it in other ways?

I can not imagine what else it could be. If it were one or more injectors stuck or fuel pump it should always do it, but it always happens after filling gasoline.

I found the "diagnosis" procedure for the PCSV connection and i have many doubt about:

In the procedure is specified that connecting directly a vacuum pump to the pcsv nipple of the intake manifold at cold engine the vacuum must be held also at 3.000 rpm, at hot, after 3 minutes, the vacuum at over 3000rpm must be released. But how does this happen? I searched the nipples, that i also know well, spare parts number 2921226010, and seems a simple nipple. It have inside a valve? In addiction, there are no description about test results, so I can not understand the utility. If it does not behave as described, what does it mean?

have fuel pump pressure tested. Fuel pump can act up. If this checks out ok check weak spark. Then check engine coolant temp sensor then finally have exhaust checked for restriction.

I replaced the fuel pump assembly and the problem there was before and there still is now... I checked the fuel pump relay and is good (in the horn), but i don't know the position of the fuel cutoff relay. In the past i read that is integrated in the fuel pump, is right? The coolant temp sensors through OBD seems good, the detected temp seems congruent. About the exhaust, i suppose that if there are restriction the problem should be persistent. In my case is randomic and appear after i filling gasoline.

The sparks have 25k km and i have new coil pack and wires. I checked the spark power and the coil pump is capable of creating a spark of about 10 centimeters.

Is the next check. I must check the brake depressor hose. Lately i noticed that the brake pedal doesn't get soft fast as in the past. I suspect the tube has cracked, but still does not explain the random problem.

In italian the translation of sobs (singhiozzare) used on car identify a behavior like a series of randomic misfire, with consequent hesitation of engine (similar to release suddenly the accelerator and press it again). I don't know how to correctly translate it in english.

Usually a bad fuel pump acts up at around a 1/4 tank of gas or less. I would be looking at EVAP. canister and the air filter that is right by it. The fact that it happens when you fill the tank would suggest it is more likely. Look at this thread, seems to be your problem.

Hard to start after filling gas tank
