Well, I got something to say about this, please don’t hate me (IMG:

Just to clarify some facts.
SMDs are LEDs. Not all LEDs are SMDs, but every SMD is a LED.
There could be SMDs that have higher wattage than “not SMDs” LEDs, just as “not SMDs” LEDs can have higher wattage than a SMD.
Not because it is a “higher wattage” SMD you can say it is good for your application. Anyway, if it really had that much wattage you will be running with heat problems and without heat sinks the LEDs will fail soon. The very few real LED headlights to date are designed very different front the conventional reflector halogen headlights and they have big heat sinks.
I know that they are bright enough for people to see you, but I don’t think your light gets that far away for you to see on dark roads.

Right now Hi-beams are the same light output as Low beams.
Now, if they are really that bright as it may seem in your video, well then you are blinding oncoming traffic because you don’t have a cut-off. (watch at 2:55

BTW anything can look bright; it depends on your camera settings, so you should have a reference.
Please look at this video

Can you see the difference between both turn signals during direct sunlight??
Please tell me which one you can see better.

I guarantee you. LED technology has not reached that level, especially in non-projector housings.
You are right.

Are your tails red or orange? They kinda look orange in the video, but i assume it's just the video.
Almost every tail light is red/orange. They are not pure red.
