I like many are waiting for a delivery of a new i10, due & promised by end of September. I'm told it landed on these shores on the 12th October still waiting for confirmation when it might appear at the dealer!!!!!!!! Having had many failed promises of calls back, lack of information i went in calmly to see the manager of the dealership & asked what he was going to offer me for the failure of his dealereship to commuincate with me. He offered me the polish package for free which they were very quick to write to me & offer it at £300 as soon as i put the deposit down as a way of an apology.
I would be interested what others have been given as an apology?
