Gear Box Problem, Gear Box Problem Options

I bought my I 10 Magna one week back .After few days , I started experiencing the problem with Gear box .Gears are really tight to handle .Also the gear shift is not smooth particularly when shifting from neutral to first & third to second
When shown to dealer , he didnot find any problem with the vehicle & said that you will be adjusted with this after some time .But I am finding this problem irritating with new car
Eariler I used to drive Maruti 800 .
Has anybody experienced the similar problem

Welcome to the forum Sandeep. I am sure that members will answer your message but my opinion is that the dealer should show his responsibility to you, his customer. Cheers.....

If you really feel that their is something wrong I would say try and take it to another dealer at some time, However do not tell the other dealer that you have already had your dealer look at it and see what they come up with ! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)

The gear change is one reason I got the 110, my i10 gearbox is like silk, it has best gear change than in any car I have driven, and in my trade that is a lot.
Take it back till it is like the demo car, mine was like the demo from day one.

I bought my I10 on 1 September, and the it was dropping out of 4th gear. Apparently this is a recognised fault on the hyundai dealers website. The gearbox was replaced on Friday. The car is now sitting on my driveway leaking gearbox oil. I am not impressed.
