Drives: 2000 hyundai elantra
Under the hood there are two fans for radiator. I sam right one runing on and off(maybe normal), but it looks left fan was not runing at all(facing the engine). can someone give me a clue.

Both fans should run if you sit in traffic and run the A/C.
