My wife's 04 Sante Fe seems to have the bulb burned out on the switch (knob) that selects the direction of air flow....left most knob on manual HVAC unit.

I pried and pulled and tried every way I can think of, but can't get the cover off to get to the silly bulb...any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance

Did you unscrew the fascia panel first? If you remove the ashtray there are two screws behind it and if you remove this the fascia should pop free with little effort.
