I thinking about buying an i30, but here in Brazil, the car will not be available before march, so I can't take a look at it.

I would like to know if the sunroof closes automatically when you close the car on the key, or do we need to manually close it before leaving the car?

Hope this helps as I have a Tucson and the sun roof has to be closed by the driver before exiting the car (its the old fashioned way) I cannot see Hyundai putting auto closers on their models yet!

UK spec SE model is the only one with Sunroof
This is manual operation only, no autoclosure.
