We are looking for the following for our 2008 Entourage:

* Seat covers which accommodate the arm rest and lumbar support adjuster.
We bought "universal fit" type and they do not fit properly.

* Back of seat organizers

* Center console (between front seats) storage.
I plan to remove the drop down cup holder - we do not need it and the space is wasted.

* Need ideas for building/installing a false raised floor for storage.

We pulled the center seats and stowed the rear ones. They will be that way 99% of the time.
Now we want to use the area for covered storage by using a false floor.

WIth winter here in a few months I am wanting to do this for my wife..I dont want to loose the range and options on the OEM remote nor do i want Hyundai to blame any glitches on the aftermarket alarm..Nor do i want to carry two remotes.

Anythoughts?

Amongst the host of issues with my 2007 Entourage is the back-up sensor/alarm which doesn't work (again). Last time it went on the blink, I brought the car to the dealer only to be told that it does work (and when I picked up the car, it actually did). - Since then, it's on the blink again. Constant beeping as if something were behind the car. The beeps are the same whether or not anything is behind the car or not and/or how close. The car is now beyond the warranty, so how do you fix this yourself?

I have a 2007 GLS and I've found a wrecked Limited. I was wondering if anyone had access to a service manual with the wiring diagrams. Is the Entourage pre-wired for the Infinity/DVD system on the limited? I was wondering if I could just get the components and they would just plug in. I know my Nissan is like this, but not sure if Hyundai does it the same way.

In 2005 I purchased a Santa Fe. I had a few problems with the vehicle over the 2 years - not a big deal except everytime went to get the problems fixed they tried to make like it was my fault. First the cd/mp3 player wouldn't work properly. Tried to tell me it was because I was playing burned CD's in it and this would void the warrant. At first I left, b ut after I thought about it; HOW ELSE WOULD YOU PLAY MP3'S ON IT? Without warning a passenger door went out of alignment and when it was opened the moulding damaged. I was told that I must have let the wind blow the door open and that's why the door went out of alignment so it wouldn't be covered by the warranty. These are just a couple of examples.

Fast forward to 2007 and a 3rd child on the way and we needed to get a larger vehicle. We decided to give Hyundai another chance only this time we would go to a different dealer. We started to negotiate a deal and ironically out of the blue got a call from a salesperson from the original dealer where we bought our Santa Fe. This new salesperson said the dealership is under new ownership and wanted to contact all of their old customers and see if they were interested in trading or buying another vehicle. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience at Southtown Hyundai and the salesperson said give us a chance to make it up to you.

Unfortunately, I decided to give him the opportunity. Many promises were made and broken, but the one that upsets me the most was that we had agreed that if I bought the vehicle they would install a Hyundai DVD player at cost. They proceeded to charge me $1000 it retails for $1149. I let this go, but when I dropped it off to have it installed (almost 2months after I bought it) they put in a cheap, no name DVD Player from Visions Electronics. If that wasn't enough it is so noisy in the wireless head phones that my kids can't listen to it. I immediately complained to my salesperson; the same one who said if there were ever any issues he would personally take care of me. He told me he would take care of it. Another month goes by and nothing, not even a call. I use my vehicle primarily for work and I am very busy. I live 80 kilometres away from the dealership so it is not easy for me to get there all the time.

I casually dropped by to make an appointment for an oil change and talk to the salesman about it and he passed me onto a "manager" who comes out to the vehicle, listens to it and agrees "the DVD Player is garbage." The manager tells me to bring it in the following Monday get my oil change and they will take it back to Visions to get it fixed. I asked him why they didn't put in a Hyundai DVD player he said "This one is better." So I take it in for my oil change that Monday and the "manager" was not there and nobody knew anything about it. So I got my oil changed and decided to mention it to the sevice manager and he said he would pass it up to the General Manager and have him call me. Again no call. Long story short I have had the vehicle (which I love) since Dec 2007 with a brutal DVD player that I overpaid for since the end of Jan2008 and it is now July 2008. I have been to the dealership several times and always get some run around; "we will call you back"; "I can't authorize that solution"; "that manager doesn't work here anymore".

My salesperson who was going to "look after me personally" has passed me off to someone else because "his hands are tied". Well today I was told very arrogantly and smugly that unless I can produce a Bill of Sale with "Hyundai" DVD player written on it that I would only get a repair IF Visions will repair it. I am furious, and embarassed. I allowed myself to be fooled into believing this dealership had any stitch of integrity. I urge you not to do the same. There are several people in the Edmonton area who have had similar problems. I would recommend going to another dealership in the area. If you do a deal with Southtown get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. This is just some of many things that they have done to demonstrate a complete lack of integrity.

Can anyone suggest a way to get a resolution? I am at my wits end. I have been honest, fair, and accountable. They want me to bring it in AGAIN on Friday so there "technicians can listen to it" for the 3rd time. I am a very patient and professional person, but I have had it with this dealership. Just bought a 2007 Entourage Limited in Sept. 2007 and I should of said something before I took possession of it the next day: when my wife and I first took the test drive I noticed when the salesman first started the engine there was a pretty loud "tapping" sound commencing to last about 5 seconds. "Well I thought, must be just that it was sitting on the lot for so long and the lifters didn't get a chance to pump up."

So my wife drives it for the next month or so and I just keep hearing this loud "tapping' at start up every time the car has sat overnight (tapping is especially louder in the morning when dead cold) or even when the car has been parked for about an hour - though the tapping isn't quite as loud. Needless to say even though the rest of the car is very nice indeed this is starting to bug me. A $34K car should not sound like a starting car with 150K miles on the odometer, right?

After perusing numerous Entourage forums (which aren't many) I figure it just might be the timing chain tensioner(s) as per Hyundai's TSB.

With this knowledge I asked the service manager at the dealership where I bought it to listen to the motor after it sat overnight. Two service techs come out to listen. One supposedly is a "Platinum Technician" and the other is just a run of the mill senior technician one supposes. After they heard the tapping sound for themselves they both agreed it must be the timing chain tensioner(s) per the TSB.

It goes into the shop the following week. It comes out after 2 days and 13 hours of service book tech time to take out the original timing chain tensioners and replace them with upgraded parts. It is a relatively major job.

I go to pick it up after service hours, start the motor with no mechanic around to listen, and there's the same %$#& tapping sound with not even a touch improvement. Craaaaaaaaap. So much for that Platinum Technician expertise!

Needless to say, the service manager next week will be hearing from me.

So I'd like to get some of your opinions with these points to consider

1). The TSB for the timing chain tensioner upgraded parts obviously didn't fix the problem.

2). I have read on one other Entourage forum that some surmised that their similar tapping noise could be due to how the oil filter is situated on top of the engine block hence not allowing enough oil pressure to build up fast enough when lifters or what have you are confronted with a cold engine much less high speed start up idle. IOW, possibly a built-in design anomaly that every owner's just going to have to live with. Not likely one explanation I can accept though.

3). In any event, this does not appear like it's going to be an EASY problem to DIAGNOSE. The fix will likely require a sizable engine teardown, down to and including possible lifter bodies and camshaft. Even then, tracing the root cause is going to mean leaving this van in the shop for quite some time I would bet and even then who knows if they'll get it right the first time it's torn apart again.

4). But, due to the fact that I don't have exactly a whole lot of confidence in the Platinum and senior service technician abilities so far to diagnose this problem at this Hyundai dealership close to me (and I don't want to drive 40 miles to the next one around me either to get a second hands on opinion) I'm thinking to nip this pain in the butt ordeal in the bud by calling Hyundai's customer care dept directly and getting a regional field service tech to get involved right off the bat before it turns into a delightful lemon circus escapade.

5). What bothers me more than anything else to be honest with you is how can Hyundai quality control at the FACTORY let something this noisy leave their line? Well, pretty much everything else on the car is aces so they did do some real quality control at the factory except for this little showstopper throwing water on the proverbial fire we'd be one happy camper. But we're not.

Bottomline: If any of you have an inkling what this problem could be beyond what I've indicated it would be most appreciated.

I sincerely hope this is not an inherent 'design flaw' in the Entourage engine that I have to "live with". To my way of thinking when and if I trade-in or sell this car one day I sure don't want to have to explain what this noise is to the potential buyer who then tells me, "I can't give you your asking price nor take it in for a trade-in because the motor obviously has start up noise issues."

Any insights or suggestions in general appreciated.

with those numbers I say this.. I will take my Limited with any issues that come with it as I dont think that the Honda is 16,000 dollars better than my limited...

After several visits for other problems our 2007 Entourage is in the shop again, this time the sliding doors stopped opening.. and once again the DVD player is staying on when the car is off.

They are replacing some door module. but the DVD player they do not know the issue.

Turn it off and the screen is black but not off, shows "DVD" in the corner in white. In the past they have replaced the system same issue continuing. I have googled this however no luck...

Anyone else have this issue??

OK .. I've got about 30k miles on the Entourage .. just wondering what the common opinion is on coolant flush?

Please don't quote me what the maintenance schedule is .. I've got a copy and I've read it, thank you. What I'm looking for is the "real world" experience from DIYer's like myself who like to maintain a car based upon experience and reason.

What say ye group? Have you done this yet? If so, what mileage where you at and how often would you do this? Also, would you use official Hyundai coolant or something like Zerex, Peak, Prestone, etc?

I was wondering if the transmission fluid could be changed at home. Has anyone tried or looked into it? Any reason to change the gasket on the differential? Do you have to fill the differential seperate? TIA

2007 Entourage Limited

Threw a CEL this AM while charging into traffic. Was able to limp to work with both the CEL and 'ESC Off' lamp lit. Started up an hour later to drive to the dealer and it drove normally but CEL was still on. Went to the dealer where they told me this was fixed by TSB 09-FL-003-2 which replaces the Throttle Position Sensor and reprograms the ECU. They also did TSB 10-FL-001 which is an additional software update but I couldn't find any info on this TSB. They also reset the CEL. Took 2 hours to do the install.

Van runs great now but not any different than before. The only thing I noticed was I got about 32 highway mpg on the 15 mile ride from the dealership back to work. This seemed much higher than normal. I don't know if it's because the ECU update changes the fuel control, updates the mpg gauge, or it's just the peak in mpg that seems to occur immediately after a reset.

Anybody have this problem.
I have a 2008 Entourage and after driving the van for about 5 mins the van’s idle will surge up and down when stopped, like at a light. The van revs between 550 and 750 rpm, which doesn’t feel normal. The A/C is not on and the van has 30,000 km on it. If I put the van in park or neutral when it starts to happen the rpm stays right at 650 rpm, no surging. When I put it back in drive or reverse again it will start surging again. I took it to the dealer to look at it but they didn’t find anything and said they couldn't reproduce the problem. Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem?

Hi all - I have about 190 miles on my new Entourage SE and I noticed that when braking there is a vibration that is pretty noticeable. I looked at the rotors last night in my garage and there are 4 or 5 score marks on each surface of the front rotors. There are none on the back rotors. There is no way that could be normal is there? Is that a symptom or the cause of the vibration? If any of you have any thoughts, let me know.

Does anyone have experience living in a cold climate and their Entourage sliding power doors freezing shut overnight? I live in Central NJ and we've had a fairly cold, snowy winter. Most mornings I can't get one or both of the sliding passenger doors open. I have to load 3 kids in through the back into their carseats which is a huge pain in the neck. The doors usually don't open until the car has been running and warmed up for at least 30 minutes, and even then they might re-freeze. And then when the car is moving I will get "door open" alarms and have to pull over to open and shut the doors.

I've got an appointment at Colonial Hyundai in Ewing NJ on Saturday but wondered if anyone has experience and advice on what to look for in a fix, or if a home fix is possible.

I purchased my Entourage in April or May of 2006. Started experiencing squeeks in the rear...maybe hatch...in December (10,000 miles) of that same year. I have since visited my dealer 4 times to correct. The problem still exists and I am scheduled to speak with the GM and SM this coming Saturday, June( 16,000 miles). Up to this point, I have been quite pleasant, but that is about to change. The problem goes away for a few days or weeks, but returns...especially during times of higher moisture...rain etc.

Anyone else having or had this problem? Any known solutions??

I am a fan of Hyundai products...8th Hyundai car in last 10 years.

When traveling up I-5 in Calif. traveling about 75MPH, I hear an eary screeching sound. The wind was towards me at about 25MPH so the combined speed was around 100. When I slowed to about 65 the sound went away. No, it wasn't a siren for going too fast!! Anyone have similar noises?

How can I determine if the tranny is a "powerglide"? That will require the more expensive filter kit.
And also what specific ATF is required for this vehicle? How many quarts?

I hate to start my forum membership here with a complaint, but I need to get some answers. I purchased a new 2007 Hyundai Entourage in April or May of last year. We have had some minor problems such as the power doors not always latching, rear spoiler gasket, etc. Nothing that even gave enough of a problem to take it to the dealer (although I will watch for a TSB on the door problem).

However, on 4/11/2008 the van would not start. The lights, windows, doors, etc worked fine, but when I turned the key - nothing, nada, zip. Maybe the sound of a relay under the hood, but that was it. I called roadside assistance and set up an appt. for the tow truck in the morning. However, the next morning the van started right up. I cancelled the tow. After researching the problem on the web, I found that there was a TSB on the problem. I even printed it out for future use. Well, on 5/11/2008 I parked the van and ran into the store. I came back 5 min later and again, no start. My wife came and picked me and my toddler up and we went onto church. After several hours, I came back and tried it again and the van started right up.

I called the nearest dealership on Monday and was told to bring it in today. My dad drove it to the dealership (40 miles away) and they told him they couldn't do a thing unless it wouldn't start for them. Well, after some arguing my dad left and brought the van back to me. I called the Hyundai-USA customer service line and got absolutely ZERO results. They basically told me tough luck and that the dealer had to reproduce the problem. I told them about the TSB and still got the run around. I asked for a supervisor and was told that I would get a call back within 24 hours.

Honestly, I'm just disgusted with Hyundai. A documented intermittent no start problem should not have to be reproduced by the dealer to fix the problem. The TSB and the numerous other accounts of Entourage owners should suffice and give the mechanic sufficient cause to replace the IPM. This is a safety concern and I will not drop this. The worst part is we are supposed to take a family trip in 3 weeks and I'm afraid to take my $30000 van with less than 10k miles on it.

Shameful service. I'll keep you updated. I have another dealer 75 miles away, but I don't want to waste a day and a lot of gas driving it over and get the same result.

Any advice? Anyone here having the same problem?

Is the factory installed transmission cooler that comes on the 2007 Entourage sufficient for trailer towing ?

I put my van into a shop earlier this week to get an electric brake and the 7 pin wiring added. I also instructed them to add a transmission cooler. After they had the vehicle in the shop I received a phone call and they told me that there was a factory installed transmission cooler already in the van and they would not need to install one.

Our 2007 Entourage with 26k miles now has rattles that sound like the struts are loose. I've checked and they really aren't.

I was told by a local car dealer that struts often bottom out because they are structured to hold the car up...... not keep it down....so after time the strut just rattles ......... Anyone have input?

I purchased three of the touch up pens and they are certainly the worst concept our Asian friends have come up with yet.

Has anyone found a better idea?

I just bought a 07 Entourage and can't find any aftermarket maint. manuals. What are you "do it yourself" folks using?

We just bought a new Entourage. The alarm keeps going off about 15-20 minutes after I park and lock it. It doesn't seem to matter whether I set the alarm or not. I have only had this car less than a week, and it has been left at the dealership twice. They keep telling me it is not going off while there and they cannot do anything unless they see it going off. Many people have been around when the alarm sounds - including the guy who sold me the car. Anyone have a similar problem or a thought?[SIZE=7]

I bought a 2007 hyundai entourage from lee hyundai in fayetteville, nc @ august. It has been in the shop 4 times for the same recurring problem and more. When the car temp heats up and is standing there i a lod knocking noise that sounds like two spoons tapping against one another over and over again. They changed the chain and the oil pump and it is now louder then before the fixed anything. They tell me its the computer adjusting the transmission and engine together. yeah right....when a engine makes a noise it is never a normal or good thing at all, there is a problem and they tell me its normal. They even had a district manager from atlanta georgia drive up and tell us the same thing. We drove a loaner car same make and model but diff color and it did not have that same noise and they even brought a second car and no noise. I stood there for 20 minutes both cars cranked side by side and the dealers said see there Its the same and tried to make me believe that it was the same noise when clearly it wasnt. I have a lemon. And not only does the engine make a noise the steering wheel pulls to the side and they adjusted the axles and it still does the same thing, the air bag always comes on saying it is deployed when its not, and the driver side door makes clinking sounds. I have 3 kids and it just seems like this car is about to break down on me in no time. I am just waiting for the district manager to let me know what the dm in california has to say about this problem....but I know one thing this is not normal. Anyone has the same problem please let me know if its normal or not because this is so frustrating. New car, high payment and loud noise...I should of gone to Honda.

I just read a post about a problem with the timing chain tensioner - causing some noises at startup. After reading the latest TSB on that, 08-EM-001-1, it doesn't seem to be what I'm experiencing.

I'm having a problem at startup in the mornings, but it appears to be directly related to the fan being on in the vehicle...if I don't have that running when it's started in the morning, I don't hear the noise.

It sounds like a grinding noise and it loud enough to be heard inside the van with the door closed, with radio on, with 2 screaming kids in there. It lasts about 1.5 seconds but it sounds like the **** engine is eating itself. I wish I could describe it a bit better.

Anyone out there have this similar issue?

I've got an '08 Limited.

The service manuel said to remove the 2 mounting bolts on the headlamp assembly...but on my passenger side assembly, I see only one bolt. Do I need to remove that plastic cowell that covers the radiator?? thanks

So today, my daughter shut our garage door while the power liftgate was open(van turned off). it applied some pressure but then the garage door stopped and reversed itself.

Liftgate seems to be fine but now I cannot seem to get the brake lights to turn off even with the van turned off and no key in the ignition. I pulled the fuse so as not to kill the battery but want to figure out if there is something I can reset so the electronics allow the lights to turn off.

So I have an XG300L that I have had since 2001 and the warranty is about up.

I love the car but it's record of going back to the shop is ridiculous. As a matter of fact it is in the shop right now as we speak for the 21st time....

I have not counted any of the wear and tear stuff either, anyway, I still love the car but once the warranty is gone it will nickel and dime me to death....

So I looking for something different this time around, thought maybe a minivan...

Any thoughts on how good they are, gas mileage , etc etc

I few months ago, I purchased the brand new Entourage. I did so because I owned a Santa Fe and loved it, plus I like the warrenty that Hyundai offers.

About a thousand miles in with the new van, I noticed that I was not getting the gas mileage that was advertised (18-25). I am getting significantly less, in between 12 - 14. I get 12 when the air conditioning is running and 14 when it is not. I drive very noramlly and am very easy on cars. 75% of my driving is also done at speeds between 45-65 with little stopping in between.

I shared my concerns with the dealer and they ran some tests on my car and said everything is normal. I was unhappy with this response because at the very least, i sould be getting the very bottom end of 18 per gallon. the 800 number people said that wait until about 3500 miles, then the car will be "broken in" and I will see a jump in gas mileage. I can see this effecting 1 or 2 MPG, but 10 MPG, I just don't see how that is possible.

My question to you all is, has anyone had a similiar problem with their Hyundai, specifically an Entourage. And what type of gas mileage are you getting in your Entourage.

I am so disapointed with Hyundai in general that I will not be buying another for the rest of my life.

We were recently offered $11,000 for our 2007 Entourage by the company the most desperate to sell cars right now. Toyota.
6 months ago Hyundai and the sales guy we bought it from offered us only $5,000 more for it. Not much better. Great vehicle. Poor service at my dealer with a minimum 3 visits to have anything fixed. Some as much as 6 times. Right now it runs great and we seem to finnally got the bugs worked out.

We need a cheaper payment due to many reasons and it is a sad state of affairs when you cannot at least come close to getting what we need for it.

Reasons for such poor value started with the release if you remember... the ads were for the Entourage only here in Canada with no mention of the Sedona release. An inflated introductory price to entice higher-end buyers (suckers). Options not being offered on Kia models to be released later which was bull. They were over confident with the projected resale value expecting it to be close to a Toyota or Honda. I traded a 2001 Toyota Rav4 on this and they gave me $13,000 for a 5 year old vehicle. Sold it for $16,000. My van has less Kms on it, more safety, more luxury etc and is only 3 yrs old and is worth nothing.

In my purchase agreement they included a promise of a "guaranteed trade-in value" of $12,900 next September if we buy another Hyundai (like that will happen) and we will still owe $19,000 leaving us with a big short-fall.

You won't fool me again Hyundai on any vehicle.
Don't buy Hyundai......go with your gut and get a Honda!

I tried the search engine and got nothing. I bought a new keyfob online and it didn't come with instructions. I found a site a few weeks ago with em but can't find it anymore. I don't have a dealer anywhere near me to supposedly program it for free. Anyone know where I can find them at? I have done it with my other cars so its not hard. thanks.

Hi all - I have recently bought a 2007 Entourage Limited edition

The van is great however after every time it rains, the rear passenger seat belt is soaking wet. There does not seem to be any other leak. I have been to the dealer who has said that water leaks are not covered under warranty

Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this ? or heard similar story?

I had just put a set of Blizzaks on the van using 16" steel wheels obtained on Ebay and now I've ordered a set of Kumho tires to replace the Michelins that came stock on the 17" alloys.

The originals that were on the front are down to the wear bars with only 25K miles on them. At least now that I've got summer / winter sets........ they'll get rotated regularly.

Total newbie to the forum, so my apologies if this has been addressed already elsewhere. I've owned a few vehicles with ABS and Traction Control. My '08 Entourage has these (I believe) but man alive they sound like death! The best word I can describe the sound that these features emit is "crunching". It sounds like there is an elf in the wheel well using a crow bar to stop the wheel "spokes" when braking or taking off and slip is detected.

Is this normal? I've never heard Traction Control or ABS sound so bad.

I'm on a roll today. '08 Limited Entourage

We have the power button engaged, so when we start to open the tailgate the motor takes over and finished the job. The problem is that right at the very top of the opening process, it's like the hydraulics give out and the rear door slams open! It's only about the last 2 inches, but it certainly isn't graceful.

Is anyone else having this problem?

My base model does not have one and I miss it from my mazda6, would it be easy to put one in -getting the display from ebay or a junk yard? And could I change my instrument bezel with one that lights up blue, a take off, a plug in kind of thing?

Anyone know how to replace the foglights on a 2007 Entourage? Drivers side went out. Is there a bulb in the housing, or is the housing the bulb?

I read the post that they Entourage is no more, I am not surprised at all. If the majority of purchasers had the same problems as me I can understand. I am beyond frustrated with this van, problem after problem. Ours has 28,000 KM. and I estimate I have had the thing into the shop at least once a month. I have contacted head office numerous times and they do nothing. They are terrible service and I will never buy one again. Anyone looking at this vehicle should not consider it. Way to many problems, where do I start, at 10000k I had a new transmission put in, I have had it over 7 times into the dealer for oil leaks and in fact it has wrecked my $8000 colored concrete driveway. The engine has been in several times for loud noises and shaking, the vehicle has been in for several computer resets as lights go on the dash and won't turn off. I has been in for the temp gauge not working and I have had the DVD replaced. (not to mention the new DVD audio is terrible)

Just to all do not buy this van! If you have any suggestions on what I can do with my issues let me know pls. It would seem they got my $40,000 and do not care to help me.

Neither my lighter or my two 12V chargers are working at all (with engine is running) I checked the fuse marked ACC 7.5 and it seems good. Any suggestions of what else it can be? Is that the right fuse???

I went to my dealer yesterday to get a fuel filter replaced, since the maintenance log says it was due at 37,500 miles. I normally go to Jiffy Lube for maintenance, but they said they couldn't since the fuel filter is in the gas tank. Anyway, My dealer said that they didn't have filter in stock, but not to worry as it was not required until 100,000 miles.

Another question, they didn't seem to know anything about the fuel tank air filter which was to be replaced at around 22,000 miles the first time I went in-- at that time they didn't know what it was. This time they said they didn't have it in stock, but wouldn't need it until 100,000 miles. Anybody know the REAL story??

The service order they gave me said Customer refused service (for fuel filter(S)). When I complained they wrote on my copy in pen saying that service was not needed until 100,000 miles, but it wasn't on their computer files.

Has anyone installed a remote starter themselves? I'm thinking of doing it but any help/suggestions from anyone who has already done it would be greatly appreciated.

Both headlights (only) went out and the same time.. 2007 Entourage.
I'm assuming it's a fuse or relay but can't determine which one to look at. I looked at all pannels and the manual too.. Help?

Can anyone tell me where the Evap Canister is located on a 2007 Entourage. I have an engine code coming up that says something about a vent valve close malfunction. This is the second time since ive owned it.. Previously i took it to the dealer 60 miles away and they said it was a filter of some sort that was clogged with dirt and mud.. Of the 60000 miles I have on this van, an estimated 15K is on gravel roads.. They said it was the dust from the gravel roads that caused the problem. I would like to see if this is something I can fix myself.
