Interesting picture. Reminds me of the Hyundai Eon what is not planed to leave indian borders as far as I know.
But why does the car from your picture has a German "Umweltplakette"- this green sticker on the left side of the wind shield?

Looks like a facelifted ix20 to me. Nothing in the picture to get a sense of scale though.

You're right, lights, mirrors and stuff are the same! Only the radiator grill is changed:

oh man another facelift already? maybe a better cleaner engine this time round, I find that my 2011 facelift toned down on the acceleration side from my 2008 one.

This is a picture part of a complete hyundai model array, shot just last week. It is a model 2013 i10 w/1.2 liter engine. Not to be confused with the Hyundai EON, built and marketed only in India.

The Indian branch of Hyundai is planning to launch its flagship hatchback in diesel in March 2013. Hyundai i10 is a premium hatchback segment model that finds its place between Hyundai Santro and the phased out Hyundai Getz. This face lifted Hyundai i10 has more aggressive and sporty look than its older version. The Hyundai i10 offers top-end safety features like Anti-lock Braking system (ABS), seat belts with pretensioner, dual airbags for the driver and the front passenger, auto-unlocking doors which automatically unlock on sensing an impact and a high-mounted rear stop lamp. Hyundai i10 Review says that the car is fuel efficient and delivering high performance. Hyundai i10 gives mileage around 14kmpl in city while 19.8kmpl on highway. The new Hyundai i10 price ranges from 3.69 lac to 6.15 lac.
