As many will now know it is no longer possible to access the Hyundai workshop manual free of charge via the IE workaround.

I had a little play and found this is a way to get into the Hyundai workshop manual using Google's Chrome.

Obviously you need to download Chrome but it is quite a small download and nothing on the scale of Microsoft's IE.

1)Download and instal Chrome

2) Register at Hyundai's Global Service Gateway.
http://service.hyundai-motor.com/

3) Log in using the Chrome browser with pop ups blocked (Chrome default setting)

3) Click Shop manual

4)Click the spanner icon in Chrome, click tools, click view source, Highlight at line 198 src="/Main/Viewer/index.asp?IsClickMenu=true&group=SHOP" then select[b] open in new tab

5) And you are in !!!

I may copy the manual into a PDF if enough people would find it useful. Kill some time as i'm currently out of work

Sorry to hear you are out of work Duuncan. If you can give some hints how to turn the shop manual into a PDF then I would be glad to help out.

Hi Duuncan, I would be interested for one, I have a few things printed out already but would love the whole manual. Mine is 2010 and my printer is none too healthy, but aren't they different for different year models, or is there a general one?

regards Grampz
