As the title says....it doesn't want to start right after refueling. I have to put the accelerator to the floor to get it to fire. Then it's stumbles and kills. I need to do this a couple times then it finally stays running. It runs and starts normal until I refuel and then the cycle begins all over again. Any ideas?

Same exact problem on my 04 Tiburon GT. Does anyone have a idea? Thanks.

sbr711 is an unknown quantity at this point
Replace the purge valve.. likely leaking.

When you refuel, fuel tank vents acroos the evap canister charchol bed, so it is full of trapped fuel fumes...

Start car, and vacuum from leaking purge valve wants to draw them fuel vapors (uncontrolled) into engine.. the purge is duty cycle to draw the vapors in a controlled fashion.

Amen. Replaced the purge control valve (not to be confused with positive crankcase ventilation) even though it tested correctly which is closed when vehicle is off. About an hour and $35-$50 for the part depending on where you buy it. Thanks to all. Photo attached and instructions can be found in other posts.
