Greetings, Diode Dynamics one of the forums sponsors has all the information you'll need to replace your incandescent lighting to LED. Careful though... once you start you won't want to stop! :surprise:
Look in the manual to get the bulb size, punch that in to a search engine and see what comes up.
You may have to buy some 'generic' thing and wire it in yourself, but there are so many LED products out there now you should just be able to find a direct replacement. Not like the good ol' days when you wanted an LED light, you had to MAKE it!
