Seatbelt warning light?

Hi.
I have a 2003 Hyundai Getz. When I got in the car today, I started the car up and the seatbelt warning light (which normally flashes red 6 times and then goes out) stayed on for the remainder of my journey.
I read the manual and it says that the Seatbelt light should flash red for 6 times and then go out.

Note: I have tried re-starting the car and the light is still there and wont go out.

Does anyone know what is wrong?
Thanks.

Just had a look at it again. When the buckle is moved/ wiggled slightly the light goes out, you are probably right then.

Also whilst im on here, does anyone know how to repair a rear license plate light. The bulb itself works, the connection is bad. If the light is tapped/ hit it will work.

Thanks
