So the stereo is a Clarion DXZ448R and I have no idea on how to remove this. Does anyone have any idea? I've looked at other threads but no one seems to have any clear answers.
you probably need some head unit removal tools, which you slide into each side of the head unit and jiggle/manouver until the unit slides out of the housing... or you can try blunt dinner knives which is what I use, bit of wriggling and out it comes.
other alternative is to go to a car audio shop and ask nicely
