I am getting a bit of noise from a suspected rear wheel bearing, im thinking of doing the job myself, i know i have to buy the bearing in its hub, is this an easy swap out
No it is not, it is not easy even with a slide hammer and harder without. You can look at any video on youtube regarding "replacement of wheel bearing" and you'll see that it is not an easy job. Even with the right tools it could take hours.
Sorry, i guess i should have posted in the new section before asking for advice, and thats coming from a moderator on 2 forums, will give myself a slap on wrist
Oh, no -- that's not a requirement. I just say :00000732: to the new folks, always.
