Bluelink wiring problem advise needed

Hello everyone!

My blue Link in my car won't connect to the blue Link service. I've been to the dealer 5 times for it. 2 different dealers. They are saying it's something won't with the wires. Now they want to go into the wires and find the problem.

My concern is that once they start messing with the thousands of feet of wires in my car they will mess something else up and I will be constantly bringing my car to the shop. Wiring problems are a passion in the neck!

I've only had my car one month. It's a 2015.

I'm willing to take a slight hit and trade my car in for another Genesis. But I'm not sure if I should.

What do you guys think? Let them do the wires or just but the bullet and get a different car?
