Here one of the drive cycles Hyundai uses, there may be more. Can you give me the drive cycle procedures for the 2010 veracruz GLS to remove a "Permanent P0456" code? Ive replaced the cap with authentic hyundai cap and the purge vale but need to do "drive cycle for the computer to read the new readings and clear the permanent code
I have that code as well. Dealership told me they have no clue what it means or how to fix it. What did you do? I love the car but it has now broken down twice and only has 4,000 miles.Seems like Hyundai has tacked on some proprietary digits to the regular codes. My code was a P065312.
That's because it's an electrical issue and dealerships don't employ auto electricians. And, as you say, their mechanics have no clue 😀I have that code as well. Dealership told me they have no clue what it means or how to fix it.

I'm so frustrated! Last night, at 8:30 PM on December 31st, 2023, I encountered the same issue. I bought a 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy on June 5th, 2023, and it's got just over 5,000 miles. I can't even reach out to the dealership until tomorrow because of New Year's, and I'm already stressed about the hassle I'll probably face dealing with this code after reading everyone's experiences. 😠 Adding to that, the dealership is a whole hour away from me. There's a closer Hyundai dealer nearby, but I don't know if they'll force me to take it back to the original dealership. Any advice on this mess?I am getting that code too, what did you do to fix the problem? Two dealerships told me they havent Seen that code before and don’t know how to fix it.
