I have to say I really enjoy driving the SF. It has just over 1200kms on it now, about 800 more than I thought it would, but I had to do 2 trips out of town for sudden family stuff.

A couple of things I've noticed that will have it being returned to the dealership...

Condensation/moisture inside the lens of the rear brake light in the the spoiler on the hatch.

Wish I had a way to order them, look at how hot they are......

Well, I was using the ashtray as a coin container. Now - of course - a coin has slipped back behind the ashtray drawer mechanism somehow and is busy rattling about on bumpy roads and generally driving me to distraction.

The ashtray insert is easy enough to remove, but how do I remove the entire assembly to get at that ##!$! coin????

We just bought a 2008 Santa Fe Limited w 18" wheels. It only has 350 miles on the OD and 50 of those have been put on by the service department. In less than two weeks they have checked it, and reset the computer twice....

Wondering if you can help me out. First time I've had a sunroof on a car so not sure if this is normal or not. I notice when I open the sunroof all the way(usually travelling at approx 50km/hr or more) I sometimes get this clapping noise like the glass is banging against something. If I close the sunroof an inch or 2 it's fine. Can anyone help me out with this?

Nature has moved into my Santa Fe (2007 model) roof rack.
I can only speculate that the gray color of the car might have made it easier to mistake it for a nice fat rock in which to build an ant nest.

I have a 2007 Santa Fe and since November of last year it has developed a front end vibration. I have had it back to the dealer five times and they balanced the tires four times before replacing all four tires. On the fifth time, they balanced and rotated again. The vibration is still there.
