if the engine is hot (driving about 10mins and switching the engine off) the engine turns fine but it will not start if i press on the accelerator.

Has anyone ever installed a tachometer on a 99 Accent manual transmission? My car didn't come with a tachometer and I was hoping it's been done before. Does my factory gauge have a tachometer signal wire? Or do I have to go directly to the ECU. Any input would be great. Thanks

I was driving today and when I first accelerated (not fast), my car seemed to kind of lose and gain power in a pulsating pattern.
