This week we parked in a pre-pay unattened lot after 6:00 PM. There were 30 spaces with numbers and 4 with small signs that stated "no parking anytime". Sadly I didn't pay attention to the sign since it was after business hours and these 4 spots were closest to the restaurant we were going to.
After eating we came out to find a large lock on my front wheel and a sign on...

TWO DUCK HUNTERS
HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE TWO DUCK HUNTERS FROM WISCONSIN? APPARENTLY THIS REALLY IS
A TRUE STORY HEARD ON A WISCONSIN RADIO STATION REPORTING ON THE INCIDENT.
A guy buys a new Lincoln Navigator for $49,325.00(with monthly payments of $560.00). He and a friend go duck hunting in upper Wisconsin.
It's mid-winter; and of course all of...

What you get for being lazy:
Rushed home after work and girly and I decided to make a lazy one tonight. So I drove by a pizza joint, ordered, stayed inside and sipped my diet coke.
20 minutes later, in the best mood, back to the car with fresh pizza in my hand.
Threw the pizza in the trunk (don't ruin that new car smell) and, while opening the driver door, I recognized...

I just got a new red X50 police scanner, and noticed that it doesn't detect many cops, but just sits there on my windshield. I understand that cops sometimes don't have there radar on, so it won't alert me, but i think there is something wrong with the scanner. THe manual says that some car windshield reflect the scannar signals, causing the radar to not detect signals as well. Is...

The 2006 Stella Awards
For all you people out there who think that the American Legal System is not protecting the little guy. It's time once again to review the winners of the Annual "Stella Awards." The Stella Awards are named after 81 year-old Stella Liebeck who spilled hot coffee on herself and successfully sued McDonald's (in NM). That case inspired the Stella...

The key to saving money on insurance is to shop around and get as many quotes as possible. This is especially true when purchasing auto insurance. I recently read one article that insurance rates for the exact same coverage can vary several hundred dollars. Consumer activist Clark Howard suggests shopping at least ten insurance companies before purchasing. There are some great resources online to...

For all of us who feel only the deepest love and affection for the way computers have enhanced our lives, read on. At a recent computer expo (COMDEX), Bill Gates reportedly compared the computer industry with the auto industry and stated, "If GM had kept up with technology like the computer industry has, we would all be driving $25.00 cars that got 1,000 miles to the gallon."

Anyone watching the LOST TV Series?
What do you think of it?
In the UK we are up to episode 4 but the large number of advertisment breaks is rather offputting.
(Got to admit I'm hooked though so just purchased the first series from the US and am looking forward to its arrival and no adverts I hope)

She collected little weeds and such to sell. Anything for
the money we needed. She was such an embarressment.
There was this one day during primary school,
it was sports day, and my Mum came.
I was so embarressed. How could she do this to me?
I threw her...

T.G.I.F. vs S.H.I.T.
A business man got on an elevator in a tall building
When he entered the elevator, there was a blonde
already inside and she greeted him by saying "T-G-I-F."
He smiled at her and replied, "S-H-I-T."
She looked at him, puzzled, and said, "T-G-I-F" again.
He acknowledged her remark again by answering,...
