Hi guys,
As per my intro in the newbies section, my own car is an Accord and I'm a mod over at the Accord Owners Club www.thaoc.co.uk

Here are pics of our new I20 CRDi Style taken the same afternoon we took delivery of it. Lovely car, we're really happy with it. It's a workhorse for the family business (estate agency) but will also be used as my dad's daily driver so the excellent spec is put to good use!!
Hope you like

Basically a repost from the thread in the Welcome forum....
Here's a few snaps of my Tib I took this past weekend after I brought it out of Winter Hibernation! I still have to clean up the interior a bit and put a good coat of wax on it, plus throw my Eibach's/KYB's in as well (threw the stock suspension in for the winter months). The color is Cardinal Red with a little bit Pearl and Kandy mixed in so it changes color in the light. The interior was completely sanded, fiberglassed, and re-sprayed with the same exterior paint.
The kit is completely and fully molded on the sides, rear, and event front. Its an original Club GTR kit back when SR when sold them (I'm very much old skool when it comes down to the Hyundai scene...haha).
Anyway, hope to be of some help here and hope to get to meet some of ya sometime!

This is our '00 Chili Red Accent.

Here you can see the factory fog lights I installed.

This is what happened today.

This is our first car we have bought new off of the lot, and we've put all but the first 12 miles on the car.

Hi im new to the site and i'd like to post up my not so pretty tib.
When i first bought it, it came with a supercharged 2.0, but now i have just a stock 2.0 because
about three weeks later the motor blew on it, come to find out the stupid person who had it last thought having
15 lbs of boost without getting upgraded full pump, injectors, ect... was a great idea. obviously it wasnt.
but when the motor blew, so did the supercharger.
the "paint job" that i have wasnt always like that, the hood that came on the car had a hole for air flow.
so i got one from a junkyard and that was the only one they had. and the brown crap on the car is bondo
from when my step-dad "knew" how to do body work. finds out he is wrong.
at first i hated the look but it grew on me so i kept it that way, but as soon as i get the money i be getting a paintjob.
and i'll be lowering it this weekend so i'll post those up for ya'll as well
and sorry for the crap quality of the pics

QUOTE (campoly @ Jun 29 2009, 09:35 PM)

no?

Good evening:
I own a black 2007 Azera. (bought May 2007)
The paint is kind of bubbling on all the surface of the trunk.
I do not know if it is only affecting the clearcoat or if it is deeper in the paint.
I went to see the Dealer and they told me that they never seen this before and
do not know what to do with it so they will have a Hyundai representative contact us.
I do have only 16,800 miles on the car .
Did anyone experience something like that?
Thank for your help.

After 22 years in our place the man cave (my Nelly's house) was trashed - it was time for some spring cleaning! Four weekends later (and about $700 poorer) it has shaped up - not done but close.
> Paint walls, ceiling, old cabinets and door
> New storage shelving
> New work benches
> New door handle, lock and kick plate
> New wall cabinet
> New long tool organizer
> New peg boards
> New storage bins
Threw out lots of old junk and organized the rest of the stuff (hey, I know I haven't used that in 15 years but I MIGHT need it some day!).
Spent two days replacing garage door parts and tuning the door (plus another half day grinding part of the garage floor flat so it would close properly).
Still need to organize all of my wood and add another 110V circuit.
Want to do the floor but word came down: "It's a GARAGE! No new floor until the home is recarpeted, the kitchen cabinets refinished and the living room furnature reupholstered."
Sigh. But I'm happy with what I was able to do!
Nelly, my '07 Sonata, now has a clean house.
Regards,
GEWB

I have an 06 Tucson that I bought new and the paint on the front edge of the rear door is not holding up.
I took it to the dealer and was told that it was not covered by the 3 year 36,000 mile paint warranty even though the car is less than 3 years old and has 33,000 on it.
Is anyone else having this problem?

It's a 2003 GT, 6-speed manual, Ultra sport package 3
I live in the remote Adirondacks Mountains (6 million acres) of Northern NY State and my daily commutes consist of very twisty, windy, up and down roads. So it's a blast to own up here. Of course this winter (several 3+ foot snowstorms each year), it will be stored and the Tucson will take over.
