My 1994 Galloper II runs very rough on a cold start below 0 celsius ( 32 F ). After the engine warms up it is okay to drive but before it is warm it will stall and is very hard to start. It has a 2liter diesel turbo charged and aftercooled engine. I have replaced the injectors and had the front seal of the injection pump replaced. I still have the same problem. Any ideas about how to cure...

I just became the proud owner of a 1999 Galloper Exceed II.
It has not been used very much since it was new, but I did not get an owner's manual with it. It is a V-6 Automatic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
