It's an old problem with two fairly simple solutions if you can DIY.

Or if stuck and it won't start, do this in the meantime...

No crank no start

My 2007 Entourage has been nothing but problems. To turn on the Air we have to turn the lights on first, LOTS of electrical problems. This is just the latest. Bought new in 2007, transmission went in 2009. Dealer refused to fix it under warranty saying my wife abused the transmission and the wheels were turning too fast (?) Cost me $2,500 and the dealer refused to give me the old transmission back so I could not have it checked by someone else. Regional manager said he had to go by what his service manager said. Will never buy another one, my kids are forbidden to buy one and grandkids will not be allowed to buy one. If North Korea invades South Korea I hope they go right to the Hyundai plant and tear it down. Thanks for listening.

So over Xmas had the no start issue, at the time the relay trick worked, after that went 3 weeks with no issue. Now it's back and relay trick doesn't work, relay looks like it's working but still no start, going to tear into the dash and check the voltage according to tsb but any other info is appreciated

Try the starting with a pen trick as a workaround until you do the jumper method and sort it out once and for all!

Tried the pen trick on the relay, no luck. You can see the relay moving when you try and start. Tried the bypass also and nothing. Followed the TBS and was getting voltage at pin 10. Took it to dealer and they claimed they didn't get voltage and the junction box was bad. 2 days later said it was all good to go, went to pick it up and they "forgot" to program the key fobs. Started up, drove home, Saturday morning, guess what, same exact thing, no start, relay is closing just nothing happening. Gonna have to wait till Monday. Appreciate the suggestions though.
