How to bypass disclaimers from Navigation

I've had my Santa fe for two weeks now and getting tired of pressing "Agreed" button every time I start the vehicle.

Is there any way we can bypass the disclaimer and tell the car "I truly agree with you, so don't bother any more?"

Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks,

It's been debated a lot here already. No way (as of now) to get rid of it.

I've grown tired of it as well. I'm sure it's all legal reasons to keep it that way. Only takes one person to play dumb and say "they didn't know" playing with the Nav while driving could be dangerous. Ah, what have we come to??

Find out who makes the NAV unit and what the model number is.
Search the Internet for NAV hacker forums. No, it is not an illegal activity.......but it can be dangerous to the NAV unit.

One critical mistake when hacking in mods and it can instantly become useless. In the hacking community that is referred to as "bricking it" because it is about as useful as a brick after that.

You might find out how to do it......but you might not want to try it even if you do. Some people post bad mods just for the fun of it.

P.S. Won't it eventually time out and go on if you just ignore it ??

I believe that with any GPS device, internal or external, you are always presented with the disclaimer screen that you have to agree to. At least that is what I had to do with my Garmin every time I turned it on. For legal reasons it probably has to stay that way. Annoying - yes but is it really that big of a deal to hit the Agree button? If I am on short trips I sometimes just leave the disclaimer screen on and don't bother pressing the Agree button.

This requirement of having to hit the Agree button each and every time annoys me to no end. I would sign a legal waiver or something just for the option of not having to hit the bleeping button every time I start the car.

I would hope someone will figure it out. I have the same thing on my GM truck and found a button sequence that you press and it disables it 9 out of 10 starts. Entered once about 4 years ago and still works fine. And Agree with the liability but one should know you don't steer your car by watchin it move on the Nav LOL!

With latest version of software the "Agree" screen goes away by itself after a short time and Nav continues to load.

MButkus
I upgraded to Ver 8 and the AGREE goes away after 15 seconds.

Have you tried to see if it stays on the screen for a long time ?
