The picture in post #7 are 19" rims.

If you are looking at the post #11 right above yours, yeah, not sure. Looks like the 19" that come with the 2.0T in the US.

Sorry, went back to edit but couldn't. Yes these are the 19" that come on the 2.0T in the US.

Just was at the dealer getting the SF washed and noticed a wheel repair truck in the back. Walked back there and he had a line of cars that he had masked the tires with tape and was touching them up with an air brush gun. Didn't get a chance to speak with him but looked like he had a lot of work to do. Hope this is not an issue and maybe just careless people scrubbing curbs.

I had silver painted wheels on my 1999 Dakota that I traded in for the Santa Fe and they were like new and always figured they were powder coated silver since they held up so well....don't know but had 150000 miles on them and they were perfect but live in the south with very little road salt.

Still thinking about a chrome exchange but will stew on it until the tires need replacing so I can do it in one shot.

Another option is to refinish the existing silver wheels.

Back in '06/'07, when I purchased my G35 sedan, I bought a set of Infiniti M-series wheels off of eBay. They arrived with shipping damage, and what appeared to be permanent dark stains all over them. To resolve my dispute with the seller, I agreed to accept some (significant) credit to have them repaired.

I stopped in to my local Infiniti dealer, and they gave be the name of the guy who refinishes wheels for them. Talking to him, I learned that the factory coating on the wheels is susceptible to stains from acidic wheel cleaner, and he saw that type of damage all of the time. To completely refinish the wheels to match Infiniti's "Hyper-Black", he quoted me (I believe) $125 per wheel, or $400 for the set.

I just took this picture this morning (the wheels have been on the car for about 6 years now):

Aside from some curb rash, they're holding up well. (Of course, there's no road salt where I live )

That looks sweet. They they look more like a hyper silver finish to me. Look good nonetheless.

The 19" gunmetals looks like. If only there was a cheaper way to get them in north america...

rmissourimule: they aren't aftermarket. They are original wheels. Just only found in Korea, Maybe Europe too.
