Question Radio backlight

I have a new 2.0 turbo without the nav package. has anyone noticed a problem with the backlight on the radio being too dim at night? It's OK in the daytime,
but when the headlights come on at night and all the interior lights dim the radio is too dim to read unless I turn the dash light up above 13 or so. this makes the dash lights annoyingly bright!!!! anyone know of a way to adjust them independantly?

I know for my unit (the 4.3" display) there are a couple of settings in the Display section of the setup menu. Not much though, i can't recall exactly but i think it's day mode, night mode and auto.

I checked all the menus for a display setting, but didn't find anything to change the display intensity

That is where I changed mine. You can also adjust the +/- setting to get it just right.
