Are you referring to the vents right behind the front seats on the pillar?

So here's my findings.
When the heat control is set to auto I will only get cold air from the rear b piller vents.
When the heat setting is on face and feet it will only blow cold.
Only when the heat is on full and set to the upper face positions for about 10 minutes will warm air start to blow
Has anyone else noticed this?... we have a 3 month old baby and cold air on him is no good.

The vents can be closed. However it would be nice if it worked the way irbid supposed to.
