Well, was going to post mine but it looks like mailbox's minus the sunroof and HID lights...so,squint a bit and you've got it.

Me too! Seems to be oddly rare at this point for some reason. The dealer had to track it down in Pennsylvania as it was apparently the only one with the ultimate package within hundreds of miles. I just wish they would have brought it back on a flatbed instead of putting 175 miles on it. But I guess they helped break it in.

Quick snaps while at son's showing her off. I'll find a nicer photo-friendly location befitting her station in life over the next several days. Maybe today...sun is out, 82F. Awesome!!!

Added 35% tint to the 26% Solar Glass. I'm at 25.9... .9 above Oklahoma's legal limits. I would have preferred the tint I had on the 2013...but my eyes don't like the dark as well as they did years ago.

If you're wondering "where's the trees?" Think "tornado," 5/20/13. Moore, OK. Houses go up relatively quickly, as opposed to trees that take a wee bit longer. LOL

Thank you, sir. Coming from a seasoned pro like you, that's quite the compliment!.

Best part: legal, visually appealing, and I can SEE at night!

This 35 is exceptionally nice in the day. And much, much better than the 25% (which was actually more like 22%) I had on the 2011 & 2013.

That was like 16.???% (using the 22% factor, above). I actually had to drop the window to see/make some turns if I was in a different part of town at night. LOVED the look, HATED the practicality.

Have your optometrist write you a Rx for light sensitive eyes. Maybe then?

There is a 26% Solar Glass tint from the factory. Not much, but certainly better than none at all. I would imagine this could be an excellent selling tool against other vehicles that do not have it. "Nearly everyone" likes to buck the system, whenever possible.

BTW, love that electric blue. One of Hyudai's better blue colors. IMHO

Why did you choose the shale gray? I'm not knocking your decision. Someone in particular in my life is having a love affair (kidding) with that color, and I'm not really set on it.

Side question- tell be about the camera used for that shot. Model/ brand.

My wife likes the Shale Gray also - actually, we are probably looking at Accents and she likes Triathlon Gray, but same idea.

Basically, she likes light cars and I like medium cars. (And I tend to like blue).

On the AD Elantras (Shale Gray would be about my third or fourth choice - probably hers also):

1 - Lakeside Blue - Really like this color.
2 - Electric Blue - Need her opinion. I like it, but she might think it is too trendy.
3 - Scarlet Red - Haven't seen in person, but I like red cars. Wife says it attracts police and only looks good on sports cars.
4 - Shale Gray - Wife thinks it looks professional and would probably put this third. TBH - I rarely wash/wax cars and gray tends to look okay when it is dirty, so it's high on my list b/c of that.
5 - Symphony Silver - I've never had a silver car - tend to like, wife is fairly neutral on this.
6 - Quartz White Pearl - Doesn't really count. Wife's car is this color now. She likes it. We won't have his and hers same color car. I previously inherited a plain white car of hers and hated it. If it ever gets dirty you have to wash the entire car.
7 - Phantom Black - See Item 6 - even worse than white to keep clean.
8 - Mineral Beige - This is likely the most practical color in terms of not showing dirt. It would be my wife's first choice after Quartz White, second choice overall. Just doesn't do anything for me - looks boring ...

1 - Electric Blue - I truely love this color. It is easy to find in parking lots, and I get a lot of looks and comments about it being a nice color.
2 - Scarlet Red - I like this color but sadly it is a magnet for cops.
3 - Lakeside Blue - I like this but not as much as the Electric Blue
4/5 - Shale Gray/Symphony Silver - If I didn't have my Subaru in Silver I would have gotten this if it was available.
6,7 - The rest - White/Black... if I didn't live in Canada
8 - Mineral Beige - Grandpa car/rental car.

Haha, you should just live in Vancouver, like me :p We don't have "Canadian" winters here. Mine's Polar White, heheh.

And mineral beige, eh? That's another one of those American colors? I don't think I've ever seen it (don't remember from pictures, either).
