I have seen a lot of people wondering about the lwb and was seriously astonished to find out that they have already released it here for about a month. As you can see it has a 3.3l V6 possibly the same one in Azera

Interesting that it is the 3.3L, but that top picture is a stock photo. Also, the bottom picture looks like the SWB because it does not have dual exhaust. The LWB is not due out until early 2013.
Best way to tell if it is LWB is a profile pic, or pic from front. |

The LWB has a completely different rear end... http://www.inautonews.com/wp-content...a-fe-lwb-3.jpg
The North American market is the only one which will get the LWB model, most other markets get the SWB with 3 rows. It's possible the V6 is under the hood of the SWB in other markets, I'm sure it's capable of fitting. |

That is just the Sport with the 3.3L engine and 3rd row option. You can get the 3rd row in the Sport in other parts of the world. I think the middle east is the only one to get it with the 3.3L V6 though.
The true LWB will be out in the US in January 2013. |

Santa Fe LWB to be unveiled at LA Auto show at 9:25 PST today. Finally, we'll get the nitty gritty on the features for the LWB, as well as a plethora of photos of the actual vehicle that we'll see in dealers.

Thanks for that luck11
Just saw the options list on the LWB and you can get the roof cross rails with the panoramic roof on the Limited, but I don't see any cooling seats featured anywhere. Only the Limited will have the power lift gate. Also the design of the LWB was to attract the minivan crowd, so that look was somewhat the intension. To bad, but I'll need to see it in person myself to know if its a putoff. Last edited by IXEC; 11-28-2012 at 03:04 PM. |
