Sorry to hear, how can a dealer be so bad? I mean really!!! On a positive note, a dash can be replaced but like the others have suggested, go to another dealer and never ever go back to this one. I feel for you, good luck.

I'm trying to figure out how they managed to get a crack in the dash? I have a small scratch, from when I was being stupid and scraped the dash, but its not noticeable and I only see it because I know its there. There is nothing that should have caused a crack in the dash. Geez, sorry to hear about that man!

Looks like they were using a screwdriver to pry off the air vents. Regardless I'm getting a full refund for the vehicle tomorrow. Aside from the hack mechanic wrecking my car Lia Hyundai in CT has been excellent to deal with. Highly recommend the sales staff and GM.

So by refund I take it you're not going with another GT? Or going to another dealer? Glad they came through for you!
