Default Exclamation Mark in Triangle Symbol Light

Hello.

I have a Hyundai 2013 Santa Fe limited with a warning symbol on the LED screen showing an exclamation mark in triangle (orange or yellow) that I cannot find any info on in the owners manual.. please help.. thanks.

From section 4 page 75 of the manual it sounds like you service reminder.
"This mode informs of service interval (mileage or days) and warning messages related to TPMS, washer fluid, or active hood lift system."

I just picked up my new 2013 SF so I am geeking and reading the manual with a beer!

Welcome! I downloaded the manual onto my iPad, the size of the paper version was so big.

Saying that, the orange exclamation point in a triangle is a service reminder. Look on page 4|75 of the handbook.

Thanks for that info about the service reminder, I had a feeling it was possibly something of that nature, I've had the car a little under three months now..

So how do you get rid of the alert? I sure hope you do not have to take it to the dealer..

Has it stayed on even after turning it off? I think I would take it in. It's a pain, I know, but better safe than sorry.

Yep.. it stay on every time I start the car, I checked the tire pressure and the tires all all fine.. I'll check the washer fluid next, thanks again !
