Question Digital Navigation System SD Card

In the Navigation Systems Owner’s Manual "Table of Contents" page 9 there is some information about the Navigation System SD Card.

Is there any additional information available concerning recommendations\procedures\maintenance for the Digital Navigation System SD Card?

As examples:
#1 Does the Navigation SD Card need to remain in the Navigation System for the Navigation System to remain functional?

#2 Can the Navigation SD Card be impacted by very high or low temperatures? (Can very high or low temperatures inside the vehicle damage the SD Card.)

#3 Are there specific Hyundai recommendations\procedures\maintenance (beyond page 9 of the Navigation Systems Owner’s Manual) concerning the Navigation SD Card?

#1: yes
#2: no, within reason.
#3: you'll have to pull it to update it from the maps site (every once in a while and I'm pretty sure that's a dealer thing as well) but otherwise, leave it alone.
