Default Command Start

So I had a Compustar command start installed the other day and it's great but there are a few issues.

Apparently the push start system is causing a nightmare with the bypass system.
It starts fantastically with great range but the annoying thing is that the vehicle shuts off immediately after any of the doors are opened. It's supposed to have a 45 second "take over proceedure" So we are always restarting the SF. Not a huge deal but annoying none the less.

The tech has mentioned to me that apparently Rav4's do the same thing.

Anyone else have any experience with command starts on the SF yet?
