I agree - on every start?

Why do I have to touch the "I agree" message everytime I start the car? Is there anyway to bypass this?

Really? That has to be so annoying! My current Mercedes navigation just boots right into the menus without any pesky prompts!

It's a single button. I think it takes less than one second to tap agree. Is it really that big a deal? Ever own a Garmin GPS? They all do that as well.

Yes, I own a Garmin and understand the nature of this message. It seems ridiculous to have to "agree" to get to the radio station selection screen.

Yeah I get that, and that's great.

However, OP & others are complaining that it comes on AT ALL. Sitting for ten seconds and waiting wouldn't be any more beneficial to them than pressing a button that's already right at their fingertips.
