Drives Black and Mineral Gray 2013 Santa Fe Sports 2.0T AWD

My wife and I just bought a 2013 Santa Fe 2.0T AWD in black, which is her car. She has always wanted a black car and I do admit that it looks really good even if it is supposed a color that's difficult to maintain.
Now, I've enjoyed driving my wife's new car so much that I want one, but I'm torn about what color to get. My original choice has been white, but I'd like to get all your opinions as to whether it's a more feminine color in this style car. The mineral gray looks cool too and I "think" I like the cabo bronze from the photos on Hyundai's website. What do you all think? |

I don't think the white is too feminine a color in this style of car. I test drove a cabo bronze while waiting for my AWD to hit the lot. Before I realized it was cabo, I thought it was a grey. My husband thought it was more of a green. It all depended on the lighting as to what color it truly looked like. It was nice. My AWD is a Marlin Blue, which is more of a grey-blue than a brighter blue as I first saw from the website. Those colors on the site can be deceiving. But it is nice, sometimes it looks purple in the night light... LOVE IT!

I bought a new SF in Canyon Copper. Let me just say this... In the sunlight this color just "pops"! I think it looks great and the beige interior matches it perfectly.

My personal preference is the Mineral Gray with the gray interior.
But in your case, I think the white (with sable interior) would look nice with your wife's black Sport already in the stable. John |

if you put the black and white next to each other asked your friends to guess which was yours and which was your wife's... they would say the black is yours and the white is your wife's... if that doesn't answer your question about white then i don't know what does??
if your wife has the black.. i say go for one of the other darker colours.. |

I've thought a lot about the mineral gray too...looks subtle and manly. I do agree that having a white one and black one next to each other in the garage would look sweet, now it just comes down to which one the man should drive and which one the woman should drive...stupid comment I know, but still stuck in my head.

I think the Mineral Gray and the Cabo Bronze tend to be the more conservative colors if your that kind of a person.
The Mineral Gray would go better with the black than the bronze would sitting side by side. |
