Thumbs down Good Luck

I know the feeling, I'm having the same problem with an iPhone and the dealer keeps blaming the cable. I've got two cables and they're both giving the same problem. Now the dealer is trying to sell me a auxiliary cable, but the handbook that came with the car says to use the "retail iPhone cable" as the use of any other cables may affect the sound quality. Also I lose the Bluetooth connection from time to time, even when in the middle of a call. It's getting really frustrating, not just the problem but the fact I can't get anyone to fix it.

Cheers
