This car is not meant to be ridden fast, on the freeway I'm in the slow lanes.

Fastest ever about 75 mph.

100+ mph a couple of times, thats when it starts getting a little hairy. I am sure it can go faster but I would't unless it had better wheels and suspention to handle it.

Since this is a public forum I'd like to say that the '09 Sonata I once owned will ALLEGEDLY reach about 146mph on a long stright stretch of flat land.....allegedly:-)

I'd be interested to know how fast the new Elantra will go but I'm not as young or as childless as I once was so I'm going to leave it to youtube for that answer.
