In browsing around the service site (now at hyundaitechinfo), I see that in the ETM->schematics section that I can't see any of the schematics. Other sections work though. Is this the same for others, or is it just me?

I had a little play and found this is a way to get into the Hyundai workshop manual using Google's Chrome.

Obviously you need to download Chrome but it is quite a small download and nothing on the scale of Microsoft's IE.

1)Download and instal Chrome

2) Register at Hyundai's Global Service Gateway.
Global Service Way : Technical Contents Provider

3) Log in using the Chrome browser with pop ups blocked (Chrome default setting)

3) Click Shop manual

4)Click the spanner icon in Chrome, click tools, click view source, Highlight at line 198 src="/Main/Viewer/index.asp?IsClickMenu=true&group=SHOP" then select[b] open in new tab

5) And you are in !!!

Flash probably needs to be disabled... See this thread.

This worked in Firefox. Opera just reports "plug-in disabled". I refuse to use IE.
If this needs flash player, why does it work in Firefox when the plug-in is disabled? It doesn't really matter though, as long as I have a way to view the schematics.

Thanks.

Update:
I got it to work in Opera by setting Opera to open flash files (swf) directly instead of using the plug-in (vers 11.1).
