Default 2013 Elantra GLS Hid Problems

I got a pair of GXHID ballest and when i installed them on my 13 elantra the lights would turn on with the car off but when i turn the car on the lights automatically shut off any suggestions?

i also have a pair of old Xentec ballest and a cheap slim ballest and they power up just fine with the car running and with the car off no flickers or shut offs what do i need to buy to make the GX hid work?

Yea, they all work pretty much the same, and that is hold a small charge to fool the ballast into thinking there is a constant power flow so it does not flicker or turn off.
