If spare in trunk has sensor your tpms light should not go on. Our car has dumb sensors, not wheel specific.

Well, I think we can both agree that MS has some of the worst roads ever. We are in TX and pretty much stay within city limits...I understand your position, but for us, the need just isn't there. I get free towing from my insurance company, so that is a bonus as well.

There's something about auto deactivating if there is no activity from the sensor with the other sensors being active. I have 2k more miles to go before I rotate, so I'll post an update.


This is sorta a radio install and spare tire thread since it started of with the subwoofer being installed where a spare tire should be.
