Hey guys,

I've seen people purchase lights from that place so I wanted to give it a try because I was getting tired of the dull OEM yellow lights. How is the installation and do they give you a tool like they do on precisionled to open the light houses easily? I'd appreciate your help and any further information that would help me with the purchase!

If you have a Harbor Freight Tools nearby, they sell a 5-piece set for about $6-7. Thats where i got mine. Before i did, (don't laugh) I used the wife's plastic lettuce cutting knife. It worked great. It won't scratch or marr your lenses like a metal-tipped instrument or screwdriver will.

I haven't looked in any of the auto parts stores but they should carry them, albeit a bit higher priced. One of those LED sites will send you the tools free if you purchase a certain amount. Also, one of those sites you mentioned has a You Tube video which goes into great detail the Elantra installation. I think I watched it 4-5 times. Then took my phone out to the car as I progressed thru the set-up. (Just in case I wasn't sure about something.) I'm from the old school of thought: measure TWICE, cut ONCE! I measure 3 times!!!

Only thing you need to concern yourself about is polarity. Mine only work in one direction. If the bulb doesn't come on, reverse it and retry.

Regardless of where you buy your LED's, or whatever price you pay, you'l love the difference! If you blow a fuse, it's #11, left side dash. Trust me, I know! LOL

does anyone know how long delivery takes for exledusa? I ordered my light set on Friday and there is no word on shipping. Paypal payment was received on their side. I live in MD by the way. It is still in processed status on their site. Any help would be awesome

Just email them. There's a guy there named Sam and he is very helpful. I placed an order for led turn signals and changed my mind because I didn't want to open my headlights. I emailed him and he canceled my order and have me a refund with no hassles. He's also been very helpful with helping me learn about the kdm headlights.

anyway i just used butter knife,, i have a honda but i saw the DIY of hyundai and they're basically same.

Lettuce hope she doesn't know that.


When I installed my LED's, I accidently popped my 10 AMP fuse because the bulb wiggled a bit when installing the dome light. Lesson learned: Keep the doors closed when replacing the dome light or disconnect the battery.

Installing the exledusa boards you will not have to worry about bulb polarity because there is a complete board for each fixture and they only go in one way. If there is any concern about blowing the fuse you might consider pulling the fuse and replacing after installation or simply making sure the doors are closed. In case you do blow a fuse there are a couple of spares included in the fuse panel.

I will go so far as to say you are going to be really impressed.
