Radio question

I have a 2012 Elantra limited. I listen to the same radio station almost all the time. At the bottom of my nav/radio display I have r-text on so it tells me the song name and artist. About 3 or 4 days ago it was hoobastank - the reason. It has not changed since. Is this my car radio stuck or is it something on the radio stations end? Thanks!

I would believe it's a problem from the station; I don't think there would be a memory in the car system to remember what was the song when your turned off the car...
